By accessing or using AutoJuke ("Service"), operated by Codemax-Digital Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

AutoJuke is an AI-powered platform that automates the creation of YouTube music channels, including:

  • AI-generated instrumental music tracks
  • Automated visual content creation
  • Channel branding and setup
  • Content publishing and scheduling
  • YouTube API integration

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Credit System and Payments

Our Service operates on a credit-based system with the following binding terms:

  • Credits are required to generate content and use features
  • Credit costs are clearly displayed before each action
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • Unused credits do not expire but are non-transferable and non-refundable
  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL - No refunds will be provided under any circumstances
  • By completing payment, you acknowledge receipt of digital services immediately
  • Payment disputes and chargebacks will be vigorously contested

5. Intellectual Property and AI-Generated Content

Regarding content created through our Service:

  • You retain rights to content you create using our platform
  • AI-generated music and visuals are provided for your commercial use
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with platform policies (YouTube, etc.)
  • We retain the right to use anonymized usage data for service improvement
  • Our proprietary technology and algorithms remain our intellectual property

6. Content Storage and Data Retention

Important storage limitations and retention policies:

  • Generated Content: Stored for a minimum of 90 days after creation
  • Inactive Content: Content not accessed for 365 days may be automatically deleted
  • Account Termination: All content deleted within 30 days of account closure
  • Storage Management: We reserve the right to delete older content to manage storage costs
  • No Backup Guarantee: We are not responsible for maintaining permanent backups
  • Download Responsibility: You are responsible for downloading and backing up your content
  • No Recovery: Once deleted, content cannot be recovered

By using our Service, you acknowledge that content storage is temporary and subject to our operational needs. We strongly recommend downloading your content immediately after generation.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service to:

  • Create content that violates any laws or third-party rights
  • Generate content that is harmful, offensive, or inappropriate
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI systems
  • Resell or redistribute our Service without permission
  • Violate YouTube's or other platforms' terms of service
  • Create spam or misleading content

8. Service Availability and Limitations

We strive to provide reliable service, but:

  • Service availability is not guaranteed 100% of the time
  • We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service
  • AI generation quality may vary and is not guaranteed
  • We reserve the right to modify features and pricing
  • Usage limits may apply to prevent abuse

9. Cancellation and Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms
  • Upon termination, you retain access to previously generated content
  • Unused credits are forfeited upon account termination with no refund
  • We may delete account data after a reasonable period following termination
  • Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes constitutes breach of this agreement and grounds for immediate termination

10. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

By using our Service, you agree to the following payment dispute terms:

  • All transactions are final and non-refundable
  • Digital services are delivered immediately upon credit consumption
  • We maintain detailed logs of all service delivery and usage
  • Chargebacks will be contested with full documentation
  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action
  • Account termination will occur immediately upon chargeback initiation
  • You waive the right to dispute payments for delivered services

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Codemax-Digital Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
